A Little Advice



as you send me some
videos of demons and
possession
i am convinced that you
need to watch
how to cure schizophrenia
or that possibility that mental
illness can be cured
by proper nutrition
or simply by basking under
the sun
or sitting upon a rock
on top of a hill and
feeling the wind
and touching that moon
hovering on a dark
sky.
