A La Traicion De Una Hermosa

Tú que prendiste ayer los aurorales
Fulgores del amor en mi ventana;
Tú, bella infiel, adoración lejana
Madona de eucologios y misales:

Tú, que ostentas reflejos siderales
En el pecho enjoyado, grave hermana,
Y en tus ojos, con lumbre sobrehumana,
Brillan las tres virtudes teologales:

No pienses que tal vez te guardo encono
Por tus nupcias de hoy. Que te bendiga
Mi señor Jesucristo. Yo perdono

Tu flaqueza, y esclavo de tu hechizo
De tu primer hijuelo, dulce amiga,
Celebraré en mis versos el bautizo.
