A House Wife's Prayer Poem by Subbaraman N V

A House Wife's Prayer

Rating: 3.3

Oh! Divine Mother of all creations
Blessed am I a tool for procreation
Enjoying life as housewife with high education
Which I use to teach my children
Who shall be responsible citizens
And serve the society with all devotion!

Bless me serve my neighbor well
Whose wards look upto me to tell
All they need to stand with strength
And sharpen their mind and spirit in length
Grant me wisdom, love and patience
Make my sweet home abode of Providence!

Receptive work, does she get time to offer a prayer, loaded with mundane affairs, oh it is brilliant she feels for people around, prays for all, toils for all, bestow love and kindness, thank you for sharing this. A realistic great work

FAITH KEEPS THOSE THAT KEEP THE FAITH - Mother Teresa. A lovely poem well penned to capture its essence and the poet's fate, hope, aspirations, and total submission to the WILL OF GOD. I like the articulation of the poem. Thanks for sharing. Please read my poem MANDELA - THE IMMORTAL ICON.

A very beautiful and realistic view of Motherhood, she is a teacher and has inner strength, sharpening minds and spirits at length. Really wonderful tribute to Mothers everywhere, you can tell this poem was written by a person with deeply held and felt convictions. Thank you for this gracious poem. RoseAnn

I can very clearly relate to this prayer! Very well written. The last lines are the best: Grant me wisdom, love and patience Make my sweet home abode of Providence!
