A Hectic Word For A Hectic World, Part Indefinite Poem by Nathan Coppedge

A Hectic Word For A Hectic World, Part Indefinite

Rating: 4.5

Without prominence,
without promise
without tents of war,
muse on the rent
of the world in your fist!
Test its rigor
Know its length
Peril on it's pearly wake!
Make a shape
with water in your hand,
and weep to know
the day will last!

POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
I often muse and consider the meaning of chaos, and the storms brought on the mind by considering art, chaos, and the changeable world! What a message in the small things which still endure! What love evinced by the mind for the dynamic nonsense!

Interesting write. Made this reader stop to think deeply upon it's message. Well done!
