A Handsome Without A Wife Poem by Abdul Wahab

A Handsome Without A Wife

You are a great poet, too, sir
The above sentence must bring a wide smile
In the oval face of a budding poet
I also laughed out loud and enjoyed the most
Without creating any sound as my wife and child
were sleeping beside me on the bed
Yet I kicked him out from my Facebook friend list
This is nothing a great thing to point out here
But Facebook now sets a wide range of themes
To the post-modern poets
But he is never found to leave comments
On my poems and after asking the reason he said
My poems are too beautiful to be commented upon
And it would be a blatant lie if he was ugly
But he is a handsome young man without a wife
So I thought he must go from here and lost somewhere else.
