A group of people consists of
As many interests as there are
Members in the group and also
An interest the group represents.

Members’ growth isn’t the group’s growth.
The group’s growth is the relation
Among the members governed by
Equity, justice and equality.

A team’s spirit is in addition
To the spirit each member displays
For the individual gain
And has a binding force on them.

In a society where members
Are prospering without mutual
Concern for the fellow members
No societal development grows.
