Works through thick and thin
Loves his family and all within
Sacrifices body and mind
So that everyone may find
A chance for happiness
A chance for meaning
And for all the gift of love
71 years from birth till now
Has taught the world
And all who walk it
Loving your family above all
Is of most importance
No one who’s ever known
Could say
He has not changed them
In many a way
