A Good Nights Sleep Poem by Audrey Heller

When I awoke this morning, I felt as
fresh as a daisy. I had so much energy
to spare, the thought of it drove me crazy.
Where did it come from? I had never felt
like this before. Could it be because I
slept very well and didn't have to pace
the floor? If that be the case, a good
nights rest, seems to be the answer to
all your woes. It can make you feel
energized and keep you on your toes.
When you don't have the proper amount
of sleep, you can't function as well as
you should. Your minds not alert and it
doesn't do you any good. No one actually
realizes, how getting the proper amount of
sleep, affects everything you do. So allow
yourself enough time to retire earlier. You'll
awaken, feeling refreshed and a great deal
wiser too!
