A Glimpse Poem by Holly Jamestone

A Glimpse

Every year I bring to you a message
Thought or pondering
Hoping you will catch a glimpse
Of what I've seen while wandering

The passing year enabled me
To view the life we know
While captioning the joy and pain
Our world had to bestow

I saw a precious beauty queen
With angels in the sky
A humble Mother to The Poor
A Princess, all nearby

They sang as all embraced the lives
They knew and now are sharing
Greeting others in a place
Meant only for The Caring

While one designs their clothing
Another plays guitar
Residing in the heavenly clouds
So proud of where they are

I saw two valiant officers
One's halo gleams and thrives
Both filled with true forgiveness
For the man who stole their lives

This telling slideshow brought to me
Such love with every frame
Surreal, yet so delicate
More peace than one should claim

Remembering JonBenét Ramsey,
Mother Theresa, Princess Diana,
Versace, John Denver and
Officer Bruce VanderJagt
