A Fragile Mind

Faraway voices
like distant Indian drums
footsteps and heartbeats
all rolled into one

A mind so fragile
but yet so strong

Truly a poem about life; you've captured, in a few words, the core of us all. The physical, the spiritual, the mental. And you analyzed it spot on: life is a mixture, a balancing blend continually in motion, of fragility and strength. (Report) Reply

Fragile mind is a place of sensitivity and finds the strength from deep feelings that connect with life!

Many times the fragile mind is the stronger one in the end for having come through
life's trials and struggles without giving up. Spirit adhering to the soul through an
invisible faith, kept there through hope. Wonderful poem, short and strong in mind.
