A Cruel Hope Poem by Praveen Nautiyal

A Cruel Hope

Like A soul anchored In tempest;
Which searches shore of Eternity in sand of an Hour Glass.
Inside flows stream of unbroken monologue, telling me
there is only smoke of an extinguished hope.
'Glimpses of Eternity'
When I grew in pain: I touched that shore,
The pain seemed unending, eternal.
Still, I search for you
Like A soul anchored in tempest.
