A Compelling Sacrifice
In the instant whirling
Of a tornado,
A father throws himself
Upon a child,
To protect him from
A falling tree.
The child lives,
But the young father dies.
Though brief and tragic this shows the power of love. Wit great brevity, you say so much-sad and memorable- this happens so often
