A Cliché Poem

We all wear as we age
it's the nature of things
like a bird in a cage
with no use for his wings
as our schmuck gathers rust
and all vulvas go dry
something big bites the dust
and we never ask why.
We must fight the old blues
lest a teardropp soon falls
it is use it or lose
keep an eye on your balls.
