Protect me, please GOD,
Keep me in your light
For I become so cold
when I'm lost in the night,

Help me to remember your word
And the promises you made,
And to follow your laws
Each of my days,

I need you GOD
For you are strong,
And you are wise,
And never wrong

You are my strength
When I am weak,
And you protect me
Though I am meek.

So save me my GOD
And keep me in your light
So that I may not get lost
In the blackness of the night.
