A Chance Meeting Poem by jackie compton

A Chance Meeting

It is not by chance, but be design.
That in every man's life time.
Somewhere along life journey.

He will meet his God.
Like two ships that pass in the night. Not by chance but be design
to bring a trouble soul closer.

For it is the word of God's that is the wind
that the mast of faith must capture.

To propel the ship of a man's soul toward his destiny.
For God never set a ship out upon a stormy sea.

In search of a chance meeting.
Without him being at the helm.

A lovely poem that expresses hope to find a loved one. I liked the use of a ship out at sea guided by God that destiny ordains them to meet. I gave it a 10. Spiritsong
