A Calming Effect


When feeling full of stress, before
you try to go to bed, pour yourself
a glass of milk and it's sure to clear,
your head! It has a calming effect,
that helps you, to relax and forget
the trials and tribulations, of the day!
This is a wonderful remedy, that will
take, your stress away! It doesn't pay,
to let everything, get under your skin!
Just not being able to sleep, tells you,
the kind of shape, you're in! Nothing, is
worth having, a sleepless night for we
need, the proper rest. When you sleep
well and awake in the morning, you
should be full of vim, vigor and zest!
