A Boy That Came Frm Atl

you came from ATL
thought you was real
but you just as fake as them other dudes
said you didnt play stupid mind games
but you sat there for 2 damn years
messin with my head
got me all caught up
thinkin im all in love
they when you finally there
im walkin out
but you draggin me back
dont want to be here
wanna be gone
but you said you there, said you cared
dont know why you in that gang
you gon get shot
and when you do you'll see delaney and essence cryin they eyes out
over you
and ill be laughin in your face sayin
told ya so
1 time you told me you love me
2 time you told me you hate me
3 time you told me get out my life
called you up one night
said im kill my self, take the easy way out
got your attention
made you cry for once
made you confess you every lie
now we aint tell each other when we hurt
cuz we both know we do
to stubborn to apologize
to abide and confide
sittin in the same class
glancin a look
gettin caught, they rollin the eyes
told you i hated you, wanted you outta my life
im not gon feel what i aint gon say
i asked if you was goin back to the streets
you said my home for life
seein you play wit them girl
laughin at them when they walk by
watchin them fall
like i watched you go to jail
thought in my head you aint goin no where without me helpin you
im walking out now
not lettin you drag me back

-what i thought meant the most on me held out on me. you knew i was razor happy thought you could help, please now you gone and im fine. my feelings kept inside one thing you taught me right. i got you back when you left, felt so good. im watchin you play laney, can see her fallin 4 you and i know you aint there to catch her when she fall. fun to watch her cry. after we stopped talking, you told me you missed me. i laughed and sighed but we goin out seperate way. you said streets for life. white girls and BK dont mix-

you jus a boy that came from Zone 4 fightin a never endin war
