A Blessing For The Absent

May peace
Infuse and
Nurture all,
So darkness
Is overrun
With light,
To warm
And shine
With harmony,
To envelope
Our hearts
And lives,
One world
In acceptance
And friendship.

To honour
The absent
In memorial.

Perfect poem, if people could put aside their differences and disputes humanity could really grow. (Report) Reply

A beautiful tribute to the victims of the bomb blast! How many innocents are butchered mercilessly in different parts of the world one time or the other! By seeing the world as one and building bridges of mutual acceptance and love, let us honour those absent ones. A great write! (Report) Reply
