A Blessing

Not once
Not twice
Do I think of you
You are in my every prayer
In my every step
In my every glance
In my every touch
And in my every wish

You
Are a blessing
A blessing indeed
A marvelous blessing
A gift bestowed by God.

I am the only being whose doom
No tongue would ask no eye would mourn
