A Big But

But I can't do this,
But I can't do that.
I just know I'll miss,
But I'm just too fat.

But I won't try,
It's just no use.
Can't you see why?
But I know I'll lose.

I like the word but and you used it so cleverly here. Short poems are also my stuff - love short poems with really deep meanings. (Report) Reply
