I tried so very hard last night to close my eyes & sleep,
but your still there I saw your face, that only makes me weep.
How long I ask are you with me, consume my every thoughts,
I hurt these months, these weeks, these days & every hours onslaught.

Dish washer with its mouth ajar hungry for its fill,
Washing machine with clothes go round as dirt it tries too kill.
Fridge stands tall & menacing & wants too be left alone,
A door sealed shut & food inside as it tries too own.

I say alittle prayer each & everynight

Your Aunty can give hugs just like your Mother
Keep your secrets like your Sister
Give you advice like your Friend
But best of all

Do not stare at me for I am shy
Please don't ask me all quizzed questions
Do not ask me of my reasons why
For I'm aware of my imperfections
...

Looking deep into your eye i see the truth there are no lies
A promise to you i'll always keep even when my dear we sleep,
Our minds they fill with highs and lows we stand together & take its blows. Questions now need not be asked my love for you will ever last
