Richard Thripp

It hides behind the cracked curtain, it beckons, it's anus asshole

No hardwood block of wood shaped into spear to cane us, damsel

Traipses passed the diseased, nail-biting cook barking in retrograde

From a mummer a curlicue easily passes for a valuable autograph

It is accepted from allopathic quacks as a script-worthy signature

The head/neck redneck soaps his bow to boldly welcome scandal

As had one former fag played by the crapped-out Tony F. Randall

Jesus didn't own a boot, a shoe, a flip-flop nor a fine, leather sandal

He didn't posses a pocket watch, scotch tape nor 1 birthday candle

All babies are inconvenient I have come to accept by obvious fact

Women who have 'em weren't thinkin' this when they up & shacked

I must stress paternally that maternally my prostate gets in the way

The rounded edges of the doughnut cut the flow thru Biscayne Bay

Making bi-weekly remuneration seem as frequent as bi-weekly pay

Chelated copper turns brown the hair that was white, silver or grey

My fingers and my toes and the nerves in my brain are not curled

solely because I have no beef with the beefy staff at Moomin World

I sit, not soundly, I make, not roundly, as the toilet seat is broken

While pieces prodding my ass that are not sharp enough for pokin'

I can't summon resolve in prone posture to engage in casual jokin'
