7 Little Crows (Part 4 Of 8) 'Happiness' Poem by Rikki Giovani

The fourth is a story of Happiness.
Ronnie and Henry had been dating for about four months.
Henry wanted to get to know him better before he introduced Ronnie to Omar.
He was afraid of Omar getting attached and Ronnie leaving.
One day Henry asked if he would like to meet Omar.
Ronnie's eyes lit up as he exclaimed, ' Yes I would love to meet Omar.'
They agreed to meet on Friday at Ronnie's house for supper.
As Henry walked away they exchanged 'I love you's.'
Ronnie knew that in his heart of hearts he truly had fallen in love with Henry.
Wednesday and Thursday went by in a blur.
Before he knew it it was time for Henry and Omar to come over for supper.
Just as he was finishing up his cleaning, he heard the doorbell ring.
He went to answer the door.
When he opened the door Omar asked if he could hug him.
Ronnie knelt down so Omar could hug him.
Omar said' Thank you for helping my daddy be happy again, ' as he hugged Ronnie.
With tears in his eyes Ronnie replied, 'It's no problem buddy, it's been my pleasure to know him.'
With that Omar went to the dining room to eat his supper.
Henry lifted Ronnie up with his free arm and pulled him into an embrace.
'Honey, I have never seen Omar this happy to see anyone, thank you.'
'It's no problem baby, I love you'
With that Henry pulled him in tighter for a kiss.
