50 Years Ago! Poem by Edward Kofi Louis

50 Years Ago!

Rating: 4.5

Respect yourself and reflect on yourself for 50 years ago!
So, being backwards 50 years ago in time;
Then you can say about those days in time,
But today, you can also tell me the difference!!
Because, who feels it knows it all;
And, i am ready to tell you my story.

Reflection on the past helps one to make amends in life. It helps to make the present a better today. Knowing the difference between the past and the present helps one to follow the path of spirituality. Thoughtful poem. Enjoyed reading it Edward!

First line is more effective. No one should forget one's past. Beautiful proclamation.. Thanks for sharing.

You're really good...you should do more writing like everyday and in no time it starts becoming easy and even easier and your thoughts just flow...you've got so much to tell.

One must reflect one's life lived 50 years ago and respect it while understanding the difference between the past and the present.

Respecting oneself and undertaking occasional self introspection to find out the areas for correction will improve the quality of our life! Well said, Edward!
