At the politicians party
All had their party pieces
Like the minister for farming
Sheared three sheep of their fleeces

The minister for transport
Drove Lorries’ on one wheel
While the minister for policing
Showed tricks on how to steal

Two ministers for armed forces
Showed how to load a gun
Forgot to use the safety catch
So now there’s only one

The chancellor juggled figures
Had them all up in the air
He never dropped the income tax
But no one seemed care

The P.M. did some somersaults
With “U” turns by the bunch
We’ll need another comic turn
Cos he came down with a crunch
