Lots of tape
Coloured red
Used by council
Jobs worth led
Can’t do this
Don’t do that
Inspector’s badge
On his hat
Outdoor paintwork
Must be white
So it stands out
Well at night
Lots of bins
Brown, Blue, Green
Fill our streets
And look obscene
But if you need him
I’ll be bound
Inspector Jobs worth
Can’t be found
