.3. Not Total Recall



Having listened to others tell tales of their past
Recalling their youth long ago
Everything built was intended to last
And farmers by hand seed did sow

Will we do the same in years yet to come?
Telling all who would listen our tales
When some thoughts caused laughter better than most
Like trains stopped for leaves on the rails

I see some connection from this time to then
All burn like a coal to an ember
No matter the details of what, where or when
It’s the comical good we remember
