Within the woods I think I see
A jackdaw in an old pine tree
He’s eating porkpie for his tea
As I walked by he squawked at me
On the floor were bits of crust
Mingled in the leaves and dust
Besides a tin can turned to rust
He’ll eat until he’s fit to bust
Squawking jackdaw eat your pie
You stole it from the farmer’s sty
This food for pigs you had to try
You’ll get so fat till you can’t fly
