I’m not sure where you are, I don’t know where you’ve been.
Who knows and who can tell if I’ll ever see you again.

I’m unsure of many things
But I know one thing is true,
No matter where you go,
My heart goes with you.

Follow your heart, achieve your dreams,
Keep to the map you drew.
And when you arrive so will I,

Go where you feel you need to go,
Do all things you need to do.
But never feel that you’re alone,

Should you need love or a true friend
Or simply a hand to hold on to,
