2 hearts,1 soul

i don't care if you never talk to me again
or if you tell me you just wanna be friends

walk right past me and not say a thing
doesn't bother me because that's not what the future brings

because i know you still love me deep inside
and without me in your life your worlds would collide

you look at me the perfect way and tell me all the right things
my heart thumps when i see you smile and everytime you sing

i love you with all my broken pieces of my heart
you are a necessity to me therefore we can never part

2 hearts connected with 1 perfect soul
without you heart it was replaced with a dark black hole

i know we will once agian be together
but only this time, it will be for forever

so stop wasting time and tell me what you want
because as of right now, its your love i hunt.

Poem of the Day

poet Charles Stuart Calverley

He stood, a worn-out City clerk —
Who'd toil'd, and seen no holiday,
