09- 11 Poem by Jayatissa K. Liyanage

09- 11

Sow wheat
Harvest wheat
Sow garlic
Harvest garlic
Sow malice
Harvest hatred and malevolence

Sow weapons
Harvest attacks
Sow empathy and nonviolence
Harvest compassion and benevolence

..........you penned a great write....and definitely needs to be posted in every village, town and city in every nation....including america.....cause both evil and weapons come in every shape, form, and size....and every single one of us is kidding our selves.....to think we have seen the last of the evil crusader....

So sad that so much evil still exists in the world. A different take on most of the pieces I've read about that horrific day. Nicely written.

I invite you to read After The Towers Fell, And Take Cover, two poems I wrote from the view of a New York resident, following tH tragedies of September 11th.... No matter what view is seen, through different eyes, I believe any loss of innocent life, as a result of evil intention, is sinfully wrong....on all parts. I wish you PEACE
