(082) So Many Wishes Unfulfilled. Poem by Risha Ahmed (12 yrs)

(082) So Many Wishes Unfulfilled.

Rating: 2.9

There are so many things
To do which I would like
I would love to go cycling
But that’s after dad buys me a bike
Sometimes feel I would rather be
Not a girl princess but a prince
Or have a twin brother
So that we can be a pair of twins
As I don’t have much interest in girl’s stuff
So I wouldn’t want a silly doll
I’d rather go to my boy buddies
And have a game of basketball
There are so many good choices
Quite confused I am
I think I hear the T.V.
Oh no, I missed the grand slam!

Risha; Your poetry at 10 is so beautiful, there is so many good choices to be made' may you always make the best choice, for if you decide not to choose that in itself is a choice, some day you will be a great poetress as no one to stop you for at ten the whole world waits for you.
