041611c Riding With Mom

when we ride a bus i would
sit on her lap so i won't pay
i smile to all passengers
make faces, talk to her most
'are we there yet mom? '
'stand up my legs is tired'

sometimes i played with her hat
i'm trying to dismantle to pieces
her eyes enlarge like grapefruit
she doesn't say a word but 'shss'
i'm dizzy by looking at passing trees
i keep my face straight to windshield

****
i'm writing my recollection about
my mother as a reminder to mom's
that we kids does keep in mind
lots of things concerning our mom's
and of course we remember at
'MOTHER'S DAY'
