ha! tiny green sprouts slowly showing
where pebbles own wide open space
thin dust tamed by pulsating showers
trapping orphan plastics and papers
cans and bottles to much to be hidden
standing defiantly with course of nature

colorful iconic logos put variety on scene
faces of personalities; now litters plain
weeks from now it will be rolling green
where grasshoppers will hop to be free
and my eyes would feast on such beauty
hiding what have you misplaced yesterday
