Let it rain!
rain! rain! come around,
for the dry land is crying,
we dwellers are mourning.

In the duress of my pains,
In the World of my dreams,
In the imageries of my visions,
In the paradise of my mind,

Life; a season,
Time its misery,
Everyday, it runs the circle of destiny.

Arewa, Claim My Name,
'Claim it! Yes! Claim it! ' I Arewa, give me your heart,
'Give me! Yes! Give me! ' I ask.

He who runs,
Must never look back.

He who relays against masquerade,

None of these years I came,
Were the tender tunes of Omidan festival as high as this.

None of my net-like glimpses of old,
...

I'v been fed all seasons,
Through a spoon that straightens and bends to stand time's test.

Not from a silver spoon,

Your majesty,
The king of our home,
In praise, Our mouths,
Sing your low-name on high.

On a hot sunny day;
A pregnant woman
In an endless journey,
With a child clinging to her back,

A half dull lunar
rises on a mountain,
Foes and monsters in rage.

Uwhan! Uwhan! Uwhan!
Omotitun is here.

I am a wood seller,
with my knickers of myth, I move my planter,

Let It Rain!

Let it rain!
rain! rain! come around,
for the dry land is crying,
we dwellers are mourning.

Let it rain!
rain! rain! come today,
farmers are waiting,
for you to stop our famine.

Let it rain!
rain! rain! son of the cloud,
hot souls are waiting,
for your appeasing touch.

Let it rain!
rain! rain! visitor of the earth of no alarm,
mermaid wants to swim,
daunted mahogany's hope wants to be full.

Let it rain!
rain! rain! rain to reign,
without storm and havoc,
tides of oceans must be still.

Let it rain!
rain! rain! enough to the jangling of metals,
boom! of nutshells and noise of the elephant,
that brings evil machinations.

Let it rain!
rain! rain! softly on our roofs,
manner from our treasury,
to the hearths of the soil searchers creating away.

Let it rain!
rain! rain! rain it! rain-makers of our land,
bring it down for all, not few,
pax Romania et fraterni.
