First it goes up then it goes down
Forever it goes around and around

Never resting, always spinning on and on
Destroying the mind till all sanity's gone

The beast is coming, he is back
And he will cut me no slack

Closer he creeps, stronger he grows

He questions his life and feels let down by “friends”
they have disappointed him over and over again.

They said “you can trust me, with anything you say”
...

It's another day of normalcy. I'm so lucky and soooo grateful for these days.

I'm grateful that my depressions have gotten milder even if they have been lasting longer.

Out around Alpha Centauri
Adrift and lost in space and time
Drifting slowly in the black of space
All I know is control ain't mine

What business is it of yours?
There aren't any guided tours

No push button voices to explain

May peace and joy be unto you
And all other souls on this planet too

May tranquility enter your life

The world skipped and I was not.

The darkness is tangible,
I can feel it pressing all around me.
It feels like torturous pain,
