22 years back
I said good bye to my mother's womb

20 years back

You may call her selfish
You may criticise her views
You may consider her fragile
You may kick her around
...

You walked behind me
Then you walked with me
And now you are two strides
Ahead of me..
...

What is so 'good' about goodbye
When it ends a chapter in your life
A chapter that you enjoyed to the core
To read through...
...

Is it a pain or is it jealousy
Is it a wound or a scar
Is it quite a misunderstanding
Or is it an enveloping shell?
...

People come in and go
As they please
Lord, grant me the wisdom
To understand this eternal truth
...

Lord....
I don't know why the storms arise
I am not sure why the ship is tossed
I just can't comprehend why I feel lonley
...

When somebody comes in to your life
unless the strangeness ceases and
he or she is true to the end,
Remember the door through which the stranger came in
...

She felt the pain somewhere deep down

She wanted to cry aloud;
She wanted to shout and rave
...

He said, ' You are beautiful'
She didn't move.
He said, ' You are a genius'
She didn't smile.

Rich, black curls
Smooth fore head
Shapened eyebrows
Perfect nose

To sit in your lap
And listen to the tales
Of bygone days
And fairy queens

Take me in Your arms Dear Lord
Don't ever leave me to bear the burden alone;
When storms arise and the ship is tossed,
Take me in Your arms Dear Lord!

When I feel so happy
Ready to jump and fly
I know You have a plan...

I am not sure about
The reasons for the

When you feel down in the pit,
Remember the lap where in you sit:
Against that loving bosom you lean,
Who all your pains can heal.

The little child with toys
The student with his books
The young man with his ipod
The lady with her vanity bag

Away away in the battlefield..
Loneliness and despair to deal with..
Stands the lone soldier dreaming his love
Back at home, he left behind.

He walked with me in the valleys
He carried me in the deserts
He marched with me in battle fields
He led me through the fires

Good Bye

22 years back
I said good bye to my mother's womb

20 years back
I said goodbye to my cozy cradle

14 years back
I said goodbye to my parents' bed

4 years back
I said goodbye to my school

1 year back
I said goodbye to my degree days

And today
As I say good bye to you
My lips quiver
My heart trembles
More than ever....

But I commit our lives
Into HIS eternal hands
That never say 'goodbye'

And in those arms
We always stay connected
Forever.....
