Far beyond this world i see

Don't try to stereotype who i should finally grow to be
I'll make my own mistakes which will make me, me
Please don't pigeon hole me into a perfect little box
I'll eat with my fingers and wear odd socks

Poetry is morphine to me
It sedates my soul setting it free
Morphine rushes beneath my skin
Turning my body from outside to in

In the year 2000, another chapter ends
Goodbye to all my bullies
Goodbye to all my friends
This is our future, our friendship never ends

No longer bound to a demonic life
She reached for her back
And pulled out the invisable knife
A knife that has been embedded

The mighty heads above
They are right
You are wrong

When you sing that chorus
The one with the meaningful line
I look into the crowd
And see an army of faces that shine
