Your absence is pretty strange..
One day you're here, and the next you're there..
I know it was only for a few days..
But I realize now how much I wanted you to stay..

I didn't want to get too attached..
But I see I ended up liking you more than I thought
This wasn't my original plan but I just can't decide..
Because you deserve the universe and I'm just a star

Hundreds of miles away is were your sincere love awaits
Seems like he has done so much for you
And has even gone out of his way..
I'm not sure what it is but I want to do just the same

Be there for you from now till the very end..
I want to be like Jacob from twilight
And protect you even if you don't feel the same

I'd do so much to stay close by..
If I had wings I would probably fly too close to the sun..
