Life As It Is

There came the sun smiling and shining... A new day has dawn..

Two parrots woke sizzled in their nest to another musical day..

The parrots were sisters.. Born together, flew together and loved each other in all dearness.

Dancing was their job, Music was their life and love was in their breath... Nothing separated the sisters.. Not even the wind...

But to all this then came an end..

A devil appeared in the skies... The bane of the sky... A dark vulture.


Hungry he was that morning... He flew high and low in search of food to quench his ever lasting hunger.

The sister's unaware of the threat were singing and dancing around in joy to welcome the sun..

Swift as an arrow and sharp as the knife stooped down the vulture and took hold of one of the parrot...

His hold was like an iron fist... The parrot became silent in front of its own sister..

The vulture flew back happy and gay to enjoy his food leaving the other parrot to live in solace for the rest of her life..


The parrot was in shock... For it all happened so fast... Never in its life did it feel so ashamed to have been so weak!

Up and down it went... Left and right it searched... In vain hope to see it's sister...

It's heart cried in pain and it's brain trembled with fear.. It felt all alone in a world filled with sunshine...
