Muhiba Naik Poems

She waits for the sun to rise
She is ready for the sun to set
She thinks of failures in past
And prepares herself for win today
...

When ye slit the throat
of a fellow
Tenderness breathed its last...
When ye smiled at woeful
...

A bread they share
Benevolently
Broken bits come like feast
With water or tea
...

A deep void within
encroaching lame thoughts, confused
Separating one from oneself
A blank eye visions
...

Evil danced around
mocking at my weakened soul
While angels calmed me down
when I failed to take my breath
...

Life taught me to be patient
as it takes time to learn
It taught me to say No
when I wanted to say so
...

7.

To you who relish their grief
who find a win in waste
They die too soon as men
who gather bliss in pain.
...

Unnoticed I fly high
fluttering my broken wings
Only clouds follow my trail
Faded by the fog

The Saga Continues

She waits for the sun to rise
She is ready for the sun to set
She thinks of failures in past
And prepares herself for win today
She braves each injury she got
Yet stands to protect them all
She knows people do no good
but endlessly she helps
others to reach their mark

She could be tough at times
But buries the bitterness inside
Her heart is broken often
Yet conceals the sorrows inside
But never is she cared for
And what she does is never given back
Instead she faces a harsh face
till the end of her life...

She is of course a woman of today
who was empowered some decades ago
Only to have a laugh upon
But beware the men of odds
A woman has the might to fight
Her anger is above the law
Stronger than the swords'
Mightier than the worlds'
Yet she keeps a silent word
For she knows anger never resolves
She waits for the world to learn
She waits for the sun to rise...
