An Inch from my death
the time to reflect with as lil clarity i have left
A wound without repair
a child with a bomb strapped to his chest
i try to disarm it but the detonators handmade; impossible to figure out
i realize this is the day
the time of my demise
i hold the boy (who i presume is roughly nine) by the hand
i might have runaway
but what was the use at least ill have company in my journey into the night
how distasteful the thought exposed to the egde of raw terror
How far i find myself from the time where love was time less
and death only reminded us to conserve our few precious moments
cause you never know when your time might skip
Let be and let live we belive in our minds will save us
But humaity is a spec in the almighty plan
See where generation X our path hasnt even begun yet
Nothing historic in our mindset
our lives revovle around lies which breed more lies
Then we have the gual to protest when a soldier lays his life on the line
Maybe for oil but for him his family is worth fighting for
contrary from popular belif
9 11 was an avoidable thing instead of learning to be more tolerant human beings
we were intent on terorizeing
others
No glory, no match to peral harbor
droping bombs on schools, houses, and hospitals
do you consider innocent bloodshed honorable
is this the great cause? ? ?
Casualties of war is how there best known
But to me i see them as consequences of a souless war.
