As tempting and beautiful as thee
Soft and supple your lips entrance, alas
Together, we shall never be

In silence I move
Removed from all flesh
I have come to shake your hand
You will not know me or even see me

Wood framed
filtered mesh
Through the glass
stands a tree
...

I embrace him, with bone and sinew
Gentle as a feathered boa
With love and malice, of men and mice
A rope upon itself, ten and thrice
...

So, I have hit a slump
My mind can not formulate
Or construct a poem
In rhyme or other
...

I learned something about you today

The lips may lie, but the soul rings true
And, in your eyes, I see the truth
...

I love you like a road rash
You make my stomach churn
I need you like a car crash
Hitting walls at every turn
...

Emptiness, without you by my side

Three quarters past
Approaching the autumnal
...

Scattered leaves
rustling trees
a soft gentle breeze
...

Summer floods
The beaches tide
The waves of love
They cannot hide
...
