Lady Blue

Years molded the crevices on her face
Shunned by love,
She missed the last trip
The memory of the boy and their wedding,
Dwindle her hopes to turn into lady red

She hated the world that brought him to her
The day they met she cursed it as well
Men are filthy, she thought
They're like lichens,
Plague is what they brought!

Now in here mid-life she's troubled no more
Of finding a man that will hold her once more
She dressed in dark colors,
As dead as her heart
She wants no sunshine, she wished for no light

One day, aboard he jeep
Lady Blue settled for the end seat
As she saw two lovers in a sweet trip
She yelled at them as she turns vivid!
