Sad Rose

I'm a sad rose,
Beaten by the wind,
was once beautiful and bright as the sun,
but, the one we fear winter, came and snapped us like a twig
as I fall into sad silence, my petals are soon forgotten,
slowly, I droop down as a stem, and wait for the life of spring to come,
but, in till then,
I am sad rose.
