The spring of life has fast turned into a desert
My other half is paralyzed, I can't feel my other half
I remember That red letter day! That red letter day!

I am success
Everybody wants my company
But in who's house do I dwell?
Some think they've wooed me enough
...
Who ever thought that the friendship
which has existed since the salad days
And has survived every hardship
could be destroyed by a mere grace?
...
The Truth hurts badly, but sometimes it Kills
Wish I could cut myself, just to really know how it feels
Memories are all that I'm left with
...
Why do i always find myself in a sorry plight?
The world of happiness is far beyond my reach
I thirst for the water of grace
My labour actually bears no fruit

If we don't meet upon the morrow,
Do not shed a tear for my missing soul
Do not sing a dirge, I wouldn't need the sorrow
Have a taste of my faith that I played my role.

The spring of life has fast turned into a desert
My other half is paralyzed, I can't feel my other half
I remember That red letter day! That red letter day!
Your blood stream is steadily not flowing
There is noise everywhere, but not to your hearing
I was fortunate to find you, but lost you unfortunately
There is no sign of you, all I'm left with are memories
What is happiness without the one who makes you happy?
I know you are my shadow, always with me
You are now 30th February; no more exists in our pretty gallery
But till we meet in the heavens above, I'll keep you in a special part
of my heart
All the time, I think of that red letter day! That red letter day!
