The Photo.

To-day's wonder, is those that follow,
Slowly you watch them, and pray for tomorrow.
That what you give to them to survive
Will hold them, in steadfast, to be idolized.
For they are the ones that make you live on,
In your daughters, and sons with their follow-on's.
They call it ancesters of long ago,
When you investigate your time down here below.
So when you look at this pitcher you hold,
Your pride rises, as you feel that thy were bold,
To survive our dominion through the ages,
Your love and wonderment as you gaze at the pages.
Telling you, and all that follow
Life survives with love and sorrow.
So this photo is past, present, and to-morrow!
