Kavitha Krishnamurthy Poems

Standing silently
Tolerating everything
From the mighty wind
To the heavy rain
...

A confounding call from a secluded expanse
Keeps echoing, the vision is so vague
The Abyss and Eden show me a glimpse
In the darkness of the frightening night
...

Hopeful eyes, pretty smile
Soft hands, million dreams
Isn't the identity of a child?
Then why do I see
...

Life is a game of chess
With intricacy countless

Move the right coin at the right moment
...

I was a petite seed
And no one paid any heed

Placed in a nursery
...

Hanging on the branches
Swinging with the wind

I had many pals
...

Drops of blood scattered everywhere
When would we be liberated from this nightmare?
If you have sympathy and you do care
Then pray for peace and put in your share
...

So many arrows stabbing me
So many bees stinging me
So many thorns on my path
Pain flows as tears
...

It was a lovely day
I found myself in nature's lap
Surrounded by the 5 elements of nature
There was the blue sky above me
...

Mishmash of flowers from different gardens
Born and brought up under different stipulation
Cross each others path suddenly some day
Form a bouquet of great elegance
...

A somber twilight
The hunter's delight
An awful sight
A bleeding bird's plight
...

Her life was never content
Alas…she had never understood
The true content of her life
A failure it was…
...

Sometimes I wish I could
Break the barriers
And free myself from this golden cage
And become a free bird
...

Plain eyes without liner or shadow
Yet they have a charismatic charm
A mesmerising vigour that I never knew
Stronger that the gravitational pull
...

Women- the masterpiece created after the rough draft
Created by god in leisure, he made her very special
She is so tender, yet so strong
Her skin so smooth, her soul so tough
...

You have some blank pages
Fill in all you can
The folios are all yours
You can publish what ever you wish
...

A pretty child with an innocent face
Untainted heart and an appealing smile
Came beside and refurbished me
My qualms evaporated
...

It was a beautiful morning
Read on...This is an experience so darning
It was not so bright, and not so dark
But in my heart it left a mark
...

My eyes witnessed an astounding sight
The freshness of dew, the sweetness of pine
The sapphire creek, the misty peak
The smiling roses, the greenish garden
...

Sometimes I feel
I am an autumn tree
Deprived of my leaves
Standing all alone
...

The Best Poem Of Kavitha Krishnamurthy

Dear Plants And Trees

Standing silently
Tolerating everything
From the mighty wind
To the heavy rain
Not caring about
That harm that we do
By cutting you
Still giving shade
Fruits, vegetables and wood
Protecting the earth
And the sky
Why are you so selfless?
Oh my dear plants and trees
