1.

The walls
I built them
still standing tall and mighty
it used to be only music that could penetrate the walls
...

It only hurts when I breath

Breath
...

So what i died
a little inside
when i saw you turn your back
i thought you'd of said good bye
...

if they so much as touch you
well, im not quite sure what i do
maybe it hurt them or kill the or both
im honestly not sure just how far i would go
...

fear me

fear me like the ground fears separation
...

the witch
the witch
she moves with easy
the witch
...

my home

is
my two favorite blankets
...

Can you hear me?

when I cry
‘'why why why? ’’
...

dear santa claus

please don't work too hard this year
...

walking down the stairs
you, you
and your beautiful
you and
...

my eyes are burnt little holes in my face

I remember when they used to blue
...

there was blood
too much blood
I never knew I could bleed so much blood
my dream
...

My legs moved up and down

In an off beat rhythm that I could just barely feel
...

yesterday
I started a war
with Juliet
romeo thinks im angry at her
...

I never understood how someone could lie about love.

Maybe not on purpose.
...

I am not accepting an award
Or an honor
Or the key to my city or yours
I am accepting my fate
...

I can see it

feel it
...

are you prepared
to ask the questions
push the limits
break envelopes
...

19.

love
love love love love love
I learned it today
he hold me and held me and took me away
...

dear romeo
your eyes
beautiful eyes
i adore your eyes
...

The Best Poem Of Kat Smith

Walls

The walls
I built them
still standing tall and mighty
it used to be only music that could penetrate the walls
only words of those who shared in my pain
you
damn you
you cracked these walls
you
the first
to demolish these walls
you
let the light seep through these walls
you
not me
i patched up these walls
after you left and gave up on these walls
as i run my hands along these walls
cold
dank
wet
like a sub-basement
these walls
i often wonder of the light that peered through these walls
you
the last
to touch these walls
lay a finger down and scratch
these walls
NEVER AGAIN WILL YOU FORCE ME TOO SEE
all the light that was wasted on me

wont you come break my walls again?
beat them down
wear them thin
wont you come scratch and tear at these walls
how i long for the light
to see my walls fall again
please come
tear down my walls again

I write poems from the heart, so they're not silly or anything like that. they are deep, And somber. If you like them or rate them, its up to you. All i ask is that you give them a chance. Please check out my poems. And let me know what you think if you want.
