The petty feuds, where brain rules over heart.

My friend has often told me,
Though he bears a heavy load;
'Just do the things you have to do
And get on down the road'.

A rustling breeze is stirring trees,
It hastens falling autumn leaves.
Here comes those stirring memories,
That lets the past unfold.

That wasn't ever my intent;
My health, my hopes, my dreams are gone
